all customers agree to comply with
A1domainhosting.com's Terms of Use ("TOU").The spirit of the TOU is
to ensure customers are using A1domainhosting.com's
services with due regard to the rights of other Internet users and in conformity with the
requirements of A1domainhosting.com's network
environment. Any complaints about a customer’s violation of the TOU should be sent to

** Accounts terminated because of a violation of these Terms of Service are never entitled to a refund.
The following Terms of Use apply to ALL
A1domainhosting.com customers:
 Illegal Use
A1domainhosting.com services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or distribution of any information, data, or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation, or that may directly facilitate the violation of any particular law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material; trademarks; trade secrets or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization; material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.
Spamming
Sending unsolicited bulk and/or commercial messages over the Internet (known as "spamming") is prohibited, regardless of whether or not it overloads a server or disrupts service to A1domainhosting.com customers. A1domainhosting.com reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, what constitutes a violation of this provision.
NOTE: THIS POLICY APPLIES TO VIRTUAL SERVER ACCOUNTS, RESELLERS AND THEIR RESOLD ACCOUNTS, AND ALL DOMAINS, NAMES SERVERS AND PARKED DOMAINS HOSTED ON THE SERVER.
Resource Usage.
Client may not initiate the following on our servers:
any process that requires more than 4Mb of memory space, more than 25 CPU seconds,
or use more than 4% of all available system resources at any time;
any type of interactive real-time chat applications that require server resources;
stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server;
any software that interfaces with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network; and
remote access to databases located on the on space provided by A1domainhosting.com.
TAXES
Client will pay and indemnify and hold A1domainhosting.com harmless from any and all taxes associated with or arising from Client's use of the Services, including any penalties and interest and any costs associated with the collection or withholding thereof.
System and Network Abuse
Violations of system or network security are prohibited and may result in criminal and civil liability. Examples of system or network security violations include, without limitation the following: unauthorized access to or use of data, systems or networks; interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks; forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a newsgroup posting.
Viruses and Other Destructive Activities
Use of A1domainhosting.com services or equipment for creating or sending Internet viruses, worms or Trojan horses, or for pinging, flooding or mail bombing, or engaging in denial of service attacks is prohibited.
Pornography
The use of A1domainhosting.com services to store, post, display, transmit, advertise or otherwise make available any type of pornography is prohibited. A1domainhosting.com is required by law, and will, notify law enforcement agencies when it becomes aware of the presence of pornography on, or being transmitted through, its services.
Payment
A1domainhosting.com reserves the right to suspend the services if the payments are not made by the due date. A1domainhosting.com shall not be held liable for any kind of loss due to disruption of services.
Policies Terms
The term of this Agreement will continue until a notice of cancellation by A1domainhosting.com or Client is given, or until terminated under other provisions of this Agreement. A1domainhosting.com reserves the right to terminate this Agreement without cause upon notification to the Client.
A1domainhosting.com may further terminate this Agreement immediately without notice at any time the Client breaches any part of this Agreement, or if any program or facility used by A1domainhosting.com to implement this Agreement is disrupted or terminated for any reason.
Disclaimer
A1domainhosting.com will not be held responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.
A1domainhosting.com makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, for services rendered.
A1domainhosting.com disclaims any warranty, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
A1domainhosting.com assumes no liability for disruptions or improper operation of its equipment or software for any reason, including, but not limited to, vandalism, theft, phone service outages, Internet disruptions, human error, extreme or severe weather conditions or any other causes in the nature or force nature.
A1domainhosting.com will not be responsible for consequential damages or punitive or exemplary damages under any circumstances. In no case will Client be entitled to recover damages from A1domainhosting.com.
Actions Taken by A1domainhosting.com
The failure by a customer to meet or follow any of the TOU is grounds for account deactivation. A1domainhosting.com will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of the TOU. A1domainhosting.com reserves the right to remove any account without prior notice and to refuse service to anyone at any time. Depending on the severity of the violation, A1domainhosting.com may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate a customer's web hosting account and/or pursue other civil remedies. If such violation is a criminal offense, A1domainhosting.com will notify the appropriate law enforcement authorities of such violation. A1domainhosting.com does not issue credits for outages incurred through service disablement resulting from TOU violations. A1domainhosting.com customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless A1domainhosting.com from any claims resulting from the use of our services that damages them or any other party.
IRC
A1domainhosting.com does not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated by Web Hosting and E-Commerce customers.
Software Distribution
A1domainhosting.com's Web Hosting and E-Commerce accounts are not configured for the purposes of distributing software and/or multimedia products. Client agrees to use only properly licensed third party software in connection with Client's use of the Services.
Databases
Any database stored on A1domainhosting.com's Web Hosting and E-Commerce servers shall be limited in size to 10% of the total disk space allotted for that particular domain's plan/web hosting account.
In the event Client defaults in any provision or fails to perform pursuant to this Agreement, A1domainhosting.com will be entitled to damages, costs, and attorney's fees from the Client.
The A1domainhosting.com service is provided on an as is, as available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. A1domainhosting.com and its partners and suppliers will not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any transaction or use of the service.
Amendments and Modifications: A1domainhosting.com may make amendments or modifications to this Agreement at any time. Whenever practical, A1domainhosting.com will notify Client of changes to this Agreement.
Choice of Law/Venue: This Agreement will be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the INDIA and the venue for any action, dispute or proceeding with respect to this Agreement will be INDIA.
** Important Notice: All payments to A1domainhosting.com are Non Refundable **
