30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

Try our hosting service risk free for 30 days. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, simply contact us to deactivate service within 30 days. We'll promptly refund your fees. After 30 days no refunds can be issued whatsoever.

There is no refund for Domain registrations. We offer free domain with hosting accounts but if you cancel this hosting account within 30 days you will get refund of total amount paid - domain name charges i.e Domain registration charge would be deducted from total amount to be paid to you.

If requesting a refund, we ask that subscriber explain the reasons for doing so, as well as any suggestions on how A1domainhosting could improve service.

A1 Domain Hosting offers its subscribers / customers an "Any-Time Money Back Guarantee". This guarantee allows customers to use A1domainhosting services with confidence and zero risk. Consequently, subscriber may request a full refund of the current month's fees (not the current billing cycle) and to-date pre-paid fees for future months, less any additional over-usage, setup fees and free domain registration costs. Terminated accounts are not eligible for this guarantee if the termination occurred due to a violation of this TOS.

Refunds for Domain Registrations

A1domainhosting utilizes various industry standard third party Registrars for domain name registration / renewal services. Once an order is placed for a new domain name through A1domainhosting, we register the domain for the customer through the Registrar. Domains registered in this manner are not eligible for a refund and the cost for such domains will be subtracted from any service refund from A1 Domain Hosting.

New domains may be cancelled and receive a refund only within the first 24 hours after placing an order. This grace period only applies to new domain name registrations and is not applicable for domain renewals. There would be $2 service charge applicable for same.

If you cancel your A1domainhosting service, you will retain ownership of your domain name for as long as you continue to renew the domain. You may renew the domain through A1domainhosting or get domain transferred to some other domain company.
